I find that those cut guys that experience an uncut penis, do appreciate them more. Though they can have an experience of how it feels to be uncut if they get docked.....

There are stretching techniques to restore a foreskin. I had a friend that did it. Took him a few years but it worked. Of course its not a true foreskin since the nerve endings are not the same.
