Gods Temple
For Christian nudists, who believe that God created us in His image, and treat their bodies as a Temple. If you agree that Christ died to save us, and that He loves us no matter what, then this might be a great group for you. Debbie and I have been Christian nudists for a long time. We love sharing Christs love with others. One of our main convictions is that to many people don't respect what...
Christianity and Nudism
Return to DiscussionsAs a Catholic, born and raised that way up to 10 years old, and then various other religions moving in and out of my life for years. I have had to work through many issues dealing with sex and nakedness and what was/ is acceptable to God. Many people bring up Adam and Eve when discussing nudism and say that the bible tells us it is wrong, but in actuality it says that they became "aware that they were naked". I have enjoyed nudism since way back and wanted to be around others who enjoyed the same without the guilt that society imposes on us with their warped views and opinions. I am more comfortable with no clothes on, love to sleep naked, enjoy hanging out around the house nude and being outdoors nude as well. I am still working through some views that come into my head at times about this topic but find it hard to believe that nudism is wrong in God's eyes.
I am working on my husband to share this with me, he currently enjoys taking the pictures for me to post. He is interested in visiting a beach or camping where he can where bottoms if he chooses until he is ready to go buck naked. Hoping to find such a place for this summer.
My grandson, who is currently 9 months old has actually motivated me to act on my desire to be a true nudist. We come into the world naked, and even as babies we enjoy being naked and are very comfortable with that feeling, why can't we keep this inocent sense of freedom as we grow up?
love your statements, and agree fully with all. Especialy the part about kids enjoying nudity. Our grand kids can't wate to visit during the summer. As they always say, lets go skiny dippin. If you get out to So Cal. this summer, visit us at San Onofre. It is clothing optional. Stay nude in Christ.
I was raised a catholic and Ihave to admit that whilst I believe in god and in Christ, I do not believe in the church. There are too many churches and they are created by mortals, run by mortals and each profess to teach the truth. The churches have caused untold hatred, suffering and intolerance.
If you stick to following the 10 commandments as well as the basic teachings of christ, then you can't go far wrong. Nowhere in any of that is there a puritanical intolerance of immodesty. God created us in his image and hence our bodies are pure, holy and good, just the way they are, without any need for clothes.
I dare not share with my fellow parishioners that I am a nudist. This is churchianity. Prejudice is rampant among Christians, who think that nudity = sex. Our body is God's temple and a beautiful creation. I have felt close to Christ when naked. The typical Christian can't see that. This is true even in the more liberal denominations.
