Hi there. Im a Registered Nurse currently working in a hospital. Im very active & on my feet more than 8 hours a day at work.

So after a hard days work, there is nothing better than stripping down and going completely nude within the comfort of your own home.

As a nurse and as someone who regularly works out at the gym, I believe in the benefits of a healthy body and advocate for nudism wholeheartedly.

Not only does it enhance exposure to the suns ultraviolet rays, promoting better Vitamin D absorption, but nudism has several benefits to a persons emotional and psychological well being.

These include promoting confidence, promoting self esteem & increasing self-awareness of ones body. In addition, group nudism can help relieve social anxiety, promoting interactions between individuals & boosts interpersonal relationships .

Therefore, due to these benefits, I would most definitely recommend nudism as a way for not only nurses but all healthcare workers.
