2025 season beginning
Return to DiscussionsHey everyone. We are at the beginning of the 2025 Memorial Day weekend, and the weather the past two weeks just sucks. Too rainy, rather cold, and a lot of wind. April of this year felt more like we think Memorial Day should feel.
Having said that, are we looking forward to the upcoming Summer? I haven't been to the beach since 2021, and am really missing it. I have a more reliable car this summer than I have had, and believe I will head out as soon as the temperatures warm up.
Are there any fee changes to entering the park? Any other changes I should be aware of that the website does not cover? For those who like links, here we go: www.nps.gov/gate

Fee is now $20 per car.
Clothing required beyond this point sign missing. I stay nude a little further, but cover before I am in sight of the road.
