At PF and the Y there is little to none.
I do go to another gym that has lots of nudity in the locker room. Men are insecure about being nude in front of each other. In the past couple of month I have had two conversations with a guy, first time he was nude and talked to me like it was nothing. Second time I was the naked one.
It has a sauna and a hot tub in the locker room. Most of the guy go in the sauna naked and sit on a towel. Some guys go in with cloths on. It also has a communal shower room with 7 shower heads. Guy do shower in front of each other. It's nice to find a gym where guys are freer to be naked in front of each other. A few guys will actually walk back to their locker with the towel over their shoulders than wrapped around their waist. I do that as well. Nobody minds. I'd like to find a gym where I can work at nude. I don't know of any.

I set up a small gym in my basement and work out nude there.
Only gyms I am aware of that allow people to work out nude are either located in a clothing optional resort or cater primary to gay men.
