Return to DiscussionsJust had my 3 monthly review today. More good news. As expected, little change in overall weight, a very slight gain of less than 1kg, if anything.
As for the measurements, shoulders, chest, biceps, hips and thigh are all slightly bigger, with no change in the waist. Body fat is down another 1-2%. :)
