Naked yoga class
Return to DiscussionsI used to be in a group that did naked yoga sessions on Saturday mornings (west coast time). I since deleted that account and don't know if it has restarted (the instructor took a break from it for awhile). So, short answer is, I know that there are some groups, I'm not sure how active they are.
I taught mens nude yoga in Florida for years but I've moved back to upstate new york and have yet to find a place where I can teach a nude class. Of course, I've only been back up here a few months.
I'd consider doing a nude online class if enough people are interested.

I recently moved from the upstate New York area to the Myrtle Beach area od South Carolina. Years ago, I used to participate in a naked yoga class. At first, it was held in the Vestal/Binghamton area. After a while, it was moved to the Kirkwood area, between Binghamton and the Pennsylvania border. There was always an instructor for the group who was very good at helping to explain the positions. Were you the instructor? I thought the instructor traveled from the Albany area to do the classes. I really enjoyed those classes. I wish I could find similar classes in my new area.
