This group is being created for those of us that have a handicap or disability. It will hopefully help educate those that look upon us as being different to the point of rejection. Return to DiscussionsI have two major medical conditions. One is Congestive Heart Failure, as a result of a viral infection. I am controlling it with medication and exercise. The other is called CMT(Carchot-Marie-Tooth) Neuropathy, a hereditary condition that causes weakness in the legs. The only treatments for that is wearing brace; knee and ankle, using assistive devices (I use hiking poles), and exercise to maintain strength and flexibility. I do a late night workout with resistance bands nude so I can really see what I am working on.
