Return to DiscussionsWhen we visited Haulover Beach, my wife and I would stay at Ocean Palm Motel. It was great. Dated, but great. We could walk to the nude section of the beach and return to our room without actually leaving the beach. And even though the sign in the pool area stated "No Nudity", it was pretty much ignored day or night unless children were there.I have been trying to find another motel/hotel near the beach that would be almost as convenient as Ocean Palm. It's a shame that they had to close. Other than the unfinished building next to it, the view was good.We live in SW Florida and like to spend a few days at Haulover when we go. Suggestions? Thanks.
