Return to DiscussionsLets hope for nice weather. It is supposed to be a rainy week, but most of the rain is usually in the afternoon. See you there!
Are you going to Haulover in the morning and leaving for Philadelphia the same evening?
You have a lot more energy than I do!

I am leaving Friday for Philly, drive through the night, grab a quick nap then do the Naked Bike Ride ride. After the ride will head to Buffalo but will get a motel room around 2 or 3 am after a nude gas stop then get to Buffalo. If it is nice out, there is a beautiful Gorge about 50 miles south of Buffalo I may stop there for a few hours

So you are driving through the night before and after the WNBR in Philly?
How do you manage to stay awake 2 nights in a row with only a nap in between and a fair amount of exercise that day?
I am a major insomniac, sometimes it comes in handy. I will take a nap for 3-4 hours before I leave for Philly, then after I leave Philly I will drive for 3-4 hours and get a motel room around 2am sleep (hopefully) until about 6, then drive to Buffalo. I just keep going and going like the Energizer Bunny ;-)
Visit was very nice, good 3+ hours of sun and water, left before it hot too hot. It was 93, just shy of record for the day. They have also instanded new lifeguard stations, gone are the wooden stations, so no more pink ones. We actually saw the last one been installed and the old one destroyed. Post pic.
