RE:Hippie Hollow is OpenI think you are right. From their point of view..... it's better to reopen in the fall when slower, rather than summertime and dealing with the crowd of disappointed park/beach goers being turned away due to capacity.

RE:Hippie Hollow is OpenI'm here today and it feels great. Not crowded obviously. Before coming out, I checked the state park website or https://twitter.com/TCParks. They'll tell if the park is absolutely full for the day so you don't bother making the drive.

RE:Hippie Hollow is OpenBeen there twice the past month & made it nicer. Moved alot of rocks from the beach up to the forest to create a cobblestone look over the shrubs.
