The apartment:
- Recently renovated 2br - new fixtures, dishwasher, exposed brick, storage closets
- Open floor plan
- Laundry is just around the corner from the building
- A block away from great restaurants, coffee shops, and bars in Crown Heights. It's an 8 minute walk from the 2-3-4-5 Franklin Ave subway station, 10 mins from Franklin C station, and 12 mins from Nostrand A. It's about a 20 minute walk to Prospect Park.
