Return to DiscussionsI can't really remember at what age I started sleeping nude. I grew up in a small house with only five rooms, one floor level. There was five of us living there. So not much in the way of privacy. I was the youngest so I had to wait for my older siblings to move out. The room I slept in most was between the kitchen and living room, no doors, and anyone could walk thru it at any time. When I was the only kid left, it was just me and my mother. I got a tiny room in the back of the house. It didn't have a door either, but there was a curtain hung up. I started sleeping nude then. Maybe 16 or 17. I would have slept nude younger if I had my own room earlier. After I moved out and got my own place I never wore clothing again in bed. It is more natural to sleep naked, and I read that it is healthier to do so. Now it's late, so I'll get naked and go to bed.
From age of 6 on I've spent occasional nude times in backyard or while gardening with my Dad. When I was 8, he passed away. Two years later, at 10, I began to sleep nude and never looked back. By this I started into Nudism, by own motivation.
