Yes. I always sleep naked. And I don't even need a thicker duvet.

In winter, I sleep with flannel sheets and a down duvet. Flannel stays warm and the down keeps the heat insulated. Plus when you sleep naked, your body heat spreads out evenly to the entire bed, making it much warmer to sleep than if you slept clothed.

I'll be honest - I sleep nude 90% of the time at home. But sometimes in the winter when I'm wearing an undershirt, it's just too darned cold to take it off. I often will crawl into bed and then remove it. Then there is also the fact that getting out of bed naked into a cold room is VERY unappealing.
I would never want an electric blanket or heated bed just because I would never be able to get out of bed in the dead of winter!

I have a waterbed, so it is always nice and warm in winter. During summer I just turn it down so it is cooling.

Sleep nude Summer or Winter - in winter, admittedly its always a shock when my naked back hits that cold sheet - BUT - in a very few minutes, am warm and snuggly under my duvet :)

In New England, I sleep nude under a duvet winter and summer. We usually only have a few really hot nights where I need to kick off the comforter.
