I googled this subject a little while ago and would suggest doing so for all nudists, actually everyone. There appear to be about 10 benefits that are universally agreed upon and probably more. Most of us here just prefer being naked as much as possible, but it's actually good for us too !! :-D

No restrictions and the body can regulate its temperature more effectively. Plus it is sensuous so dopamine is released and that relaxes the body and mind for a good night's sleep.

I have been sleeping nude since i was five years old and have always felt more relaxed and rested. the few times i had to sleep in pajamas or shorts and t-shirt was restless and did not sleep well.

It is the same as naturism.
It is more natural to sleep naked.
No constrictive bedding and clothes abrasive against skin.

I have for many years slept very comfortably and well just on a sheet over the mattress.

It's been so long I can't remember when I started sleeping nude. One benefit, if you roll a lot, is less wrestling with the sheets.

My wife started shortly after and we sleep naked wherever we are unless it's a very cold night.

We love to sleep naked and learning in Boy Scouts if its cold in the morning you can always put something on to warm up!

Sleeping naked since I was 13. We both sleep naked wherever we are... No better way to sleep

I started sleeping naked when I was in the Navy. Have enjoyed the freedom and restful sleep, it allows me to have. Recommend it.

I think sleep is better and more restful when done in the nude.

Of course, some people may have to get used to it, but once they do, they'll find they sleep better.
