I also occasionally doze off when my wife or son is driving or while watching TV or reading whenever I am not nude.
However, any time I take an intentional nap, I take off what I am wearing at the time.

i too only sleep naked, if at all possible but when i travel the airlines and overnight buses really frown on the habit. I have managed to strip down completely on some of the overnight trains i have taken. even in a multi person berth. But good sleep only comes sans clothes

While I almost always sleep nude, I have on rare occasions had to wear gym shorts when sharing a room with a friend or co-worker. Wasn't ideal, but not terrible either. I wouldn't wear a shirt to bed under any circumstatces,
