I first slept nude at age 6. Got away with it for a few nights until my mother noticed and freaked out. When I married at age 21 I started sleeping naked again in our house. I am now 61 and cant remember too many nights when I wore anything while sleeping. I even nap nude in the backyard.

I haven't worn anything in bed for as long as I can remember. I would not like to feel my body constricted by any clothing - and I sleep better too. And I enjoy saying hello to my naked body when I wake up.

If I have not already stripped before it's time to sleep, I am completely nude when sleeping.
