I always sleep in the nude. I go commando around the house, but usually wear underwear when I go out. I don't know why. I guess I'm just remembering my mother's advice to always wear clean underwear in case I'm in an accident.

If an accident makes you rush off to hospital they will probablyget your clothes off anyhow, cutting them off if it's serious.The only accident I had was when swimming naked and the medics didn'tmind that I was naked. They had more important matters in hand. I was rushed to hospital naked and stayed naked in for several days intensive care. it made treatment a bit easier.

I always sleep naked would not be able to sleep otherwise, and I go commando.Same, i have been sleeping nude for many years now :)

Surely there is no adult male who would sleep textile!!!I know one and he's a nudist. So he undresses when he gets up.

I am a nude sleeper, the only thing I might have on is a band aid.

I also sleep naked regardless of weather its more confortable..I hate wearing any clothing to bed..!!!
