i found that i can sleep longer and better nude
It has been so long since I wore anything to bed, I can't compare currently.
I do remember that when I wore different sleepwear by season, I slept better in summer when I wore less, and even better when I fell asleepnude after other activities in bed. That is part of the reason I reduced and eventually eliminated my sleepwear.
