Been sleeping naked for many, many years, even in hotels unless I have to share the room with someone.

Same here. The only time I don't sleep naked is if I am sharing the room with someone other than my wife.

My dad and I were nudists growing up so I've been sleeping nude since I got out of diapers. On the rare occasion that I shared a room with someone who didn't know I was a nudist, I never had a problem telling them I felt more comfortable being nude while in the room. If they were totally against it, I'd remove my underwear for sleeping.
