I Remain Nude When Guests/service P
This group is for ALL fellow nudists whom remain nude, regardless of who visits the home. Personally, I have always remained nude for every guest and visitor to my home, including neighbors, plumbers, cable and telephone techs., Fedex, UPS, food/pizza delivery, and many more. It's every nudists right to be nude when at home. Why cover up? Please feel free to share your experience.

I WISH a customer would answer the door naked!
Return to DiscussionsI am a HVAC contractor in ATL. I go on service calls every day. I have never once had someone answer the door naked, which makes me sad. I want someone to answer the door as if there is nothing out of the ordinary. Do not ask my permission or in any way acknowledge their nudity. It's their home; they can do what they want in it. If I (the service tech) doesn't like it, I can leave. But the idea of asking permission or apologizing it away sorta implies there is something wrong with it in the first place. Unfortunately, I would have to remain naked for my personal safety working on heating and air appliances (involves a lot of fast moving parts, fire and electricity!), but I think it would be cool to have a nudist customer. Lord knows, a lot of these homes I go to have beautiful, massive, and private yards that are just a nudists paradise.
A man can dream tho.
I have deliver packages to thousands to people in this area and have never had anyone open the door naked that I could see them. I have had some that did hide completely behind the door or have a towel on and some were dripping wet also. LOL I have heard of one fellow driver having a man open the door one morning completely naked with morning wood. The funny part was the drive got on one knee to fill out the slip to say he stopped by with the package but needs a signature. When the customer opened the door his morning wood was pointing straight to his face. LOL The driver was not ready for that ...LOL he got the signature and left. Since he was filling out the form while on one knee the customer looked out the peep hole of his front door and did not see him so he was also shocked to see the driver on one knee. You never know who you will meet or see. LOL

I've always remained naked when regular service people are at my house like pool guy, gardener and cleaning guy. They have never even batted an eye about it. When I'm hiring anyone I always end the interviews asking if they have any problem with nudity while they're here. A few have even said they do same at home and others usually say they see it all the time in their profession. I guess this goes with the year-round warm climate here, especially with 110+ degrees being common in summer.
In addition others who regularly see me naked are my mailman, UPS and FedEx guy.
I was working outside today when a new FedEx guy came. (They have to park their truck then walk up a long curved driveway so I can't tell when they are here). I heard him say, ''Hey, man" as he was walking up and when I looked around he said ''That's ok, man. No problem.''. Well it wasn't if I was going to run for something to cover-up with so I guess he wanted to make sure I knew he was comfortable with me being buck naked. He lingered for while chatting about how I was difficult to find other things before finally leaving.
As for you being an HVAC guy, I had to call for one last month. He was supposed to call for directions but instead managed to find my place. I had the house completely open and was walking through the living room when I noticed there he was at my open front door. He said he was here to fix the a/c and with a smile added, "Looks like you're beating the heat!". I said he surprised me since I was expecting a call for directions. Without hesitation he came inside asking me to show him the thermostat and where the unit is outside so it wasn't as if he was giving me a chance to cover-up. Like I mentioned, seems service and repair guys are used to seeing people naked at home in this area.
Just had annual termite inspection of the house today. We have a sign in the driveway saying we are clothing optional and that visitors might encounter nudity. Our phone number is at the bottom in case someone wants to ask us to be dressed.
I got no phone call, and from the "dogbell" I knew someone was walking to the door (as opposed to sitting in the car and calling on the phone), so I opened it (still naked from getting out of bed).
The termite inspector just said hi and how was I doing, and came on in to do his inspection. When he was done inside, I had to go outside to the fenced area and tie up two of our dogs that might not like an intruder in their yard. The other dogs don't seem to mind. I stayed with the two dogs so they wouldn't get too antsy on the tie downs.
When he was done, I released the dogs and went back into the house. He came in a few minutes later with the paperwork for me to sign. I signed it and he said "good to see you again", then left. Apparently he did our termite inspection before (it's not always the same person).
At no time did he mention my nudity, nor did he seem at all uncomfortable.
Taller, I had to chuckle when I read about your wish for someone to answer the door naked. I have a furnace/AC inspection every fall and go thru all sorts of "should I or shouldn't I" about being the guy you're expecting one day. The closest I got was wearing some mesh shorts two seasons ago, and now I'm back to regular cover. I think that in places like Florida and Palm Springs, it's something one could get away with more easily than the fairly conservative upper midwest. It seems a shame to have to run around looking for something to put on just to answer the door, tho.
