Not in NC, but in Warm Springs, VA there is Jefferson Pools. It's a natural warm spring bath house; one bath house is for men, the other one is for women. And at 2:00pm, you can go skinny dipping in the men's bath house. They might be under reconstruction soon because the place is showing a lot of disrepair plus it's old, but it's still worth it. The other place is Spa World up in Centerville Virginia. It's a Korean spa....one side for men, one for women. And you have to be naked in the pool.
