I wanted to meet a few IH members prior to the WNBR-NOLA, but my bike had other plans. After repairs, I headed to Mickey Markey Park. Met up with Shane and was assigned security. We rode clothed through the rain because of the threat that the police we going to pull out riders with visible penises. Not for fear mind you, we wanted to witness any issues by riders with the police. There weren't any major problems. The police just made those with visible appendages cover as they started the route. Most removed their coverings before long. Enjoyed the ride and decided to make my way to Indian Hills afterwards. It was quiet at IH, but enjoyable. Met a couple of regulars, I'll need to return more often. The last time I was there was in meeting 1983.
