the main problem will be to get everyone free together and to find a day when this place is free also because in season time its booked up for months. so you will have to book the place a few months in advance.
the place is the cheapest from jun - aug and the most expensive from 15 dec - 15 jan and i think those rates are without tax you will have to add some tax on top of it i think 20%

we can accommodate on any frozen dates that everyone is comfortable with.so far only confirmations seems
