Otherwise known as "freehiking" - although Im a f.t. carer for my wife I try and get out into our lovely kent countryside as often as possible to spend some time walking shoes-only(sometimes bare feet as well!) close to nature and get some...
Who knows about any well organised nude swims in Kent (especially east kent) .... Stour centre hosted them some years ago in Ashford but I don't think there is much happening here compared with other parts of the country
