I've used a hydro pump for years, it makes me thicker but not longer.... I like the feel and use it in the bath!

I did try one once but it didn't seem to do anything for me - it might of been because of my pubic hair stopping it get a good seal

I use the Bathmate Hydromax 7. Get some great girth and a bit of length and made a major improvement with delaying climax. I use it in the shower just about every morning.

Ive seen some guys with massive pumped genitalia and the odd female. I think its like a less permanent form of getting something like nose job or implants. If it is something that makes you feel good about how it looks then I think you should do it. I dont think we should be stopping people from pumping or wearing piercings, its your body so do whatever you want. I would encourage pumping because Ive done it a few times and enjoyed the experience.

Yes pubic hair will stop the pump from getting a good seal. You need to either shave it off or clip it very very close.
