I'm always wearing a cock ring but it varies from silicone to metal to neoprene. I also wear them around my balls to stretch them or just to keep my balls down and hanging. They don't hang very low unfortunately.

I wear mine during the day and take them off at night for bed and showering to shave. Cock and glans stainless steel. I don't think it is a good idea to wear the elastic or rubber ones all the time cause they can cause clots.

I wear ball weights 24/7. have been for about a year. I switch them up... sometimes wear several and other times only one. I love the feeling and the look of them.
