I have several of these, some in steel, stainless and iron, chrome plated. My favourite is the heavy chrome steel unit I re-machined out of a special high pressure gasket used in the oil industry. For my fit, I had to machine 1.5mm out of the inside diameter. I polished it all up and wow, it just feels so nice on. I will wear this all day but remove before bed. I also have some stainless steel rings the are from 6mm diameter rod, and rolled to an inside diameter of 42mm. This is the tightest ring I have. It sure gives me an extreme erection that will last for 2-3 hours, but after that time I do have to let things cool down and remove the ring. Sometimes it is a little difficult as my balls are so pumped up. No injury so far and I have been doing this now for 20 years. I am fully shaved down there and the feel of the heavy ring is just fantastic. It looks real cool when I wear my speedos as well. Enjoy what ever your choice is, be careful, you can injure your self. I saw a short medical video the other day of a medical team, using an angle grinder to cut a ring off a guy. His balls were the size of a grapefruit and his penis was just huge. They had to put him right out to do this removal.
