Men's nipples haven't gotten that much attention, they're often mere ornamentation on a guy's pecs intended to flaunt his bodybuilding strength. Yet, for many of us, our nipples are quite erogenous, even though society. in general, doesn't regard them as such. In the clothed world, it's perfectly all right for a man to be shirtless, but not so for a woman. It took me a long time to appreciate my nipples as being erogenous--until well into my thirties. I now regard them as my turn-on buttons and shirtlessness can become a mildly erotic experience.

Hopefully we can agree that the common parts of the body are not covered while the other parts are.
Uncommon parts like the chest and groin are always covered, but in the case of the chest you will notice that male chest is not covered. Now this is where you must pay attention.
Common is the nipples, breast is not. So why not leave nipples exposed (areola) and cover the breast?
The breast of the female is not common with the male, but the nipples are.

A female friend actually agreed on this.
Also I may add that the female crotch is usually hair or at least everything is internal. We all have hair at least on our head so why would she have to cover this area?
Are you able to see that if something must be covered, then why would you not just cover the male genitals?
My nipples are highly sensitive and hard wired. They control me when gently rubbed or sucked always giving way to an erection. They are my G spot. I can always tell when a bartender gives me a good stiff drink as my nipples get hard at the first sip.
