My partner and I have been on this site for a little while now and we havent really met anyone off here. Dont know whether its a Canberra thing or what. We dont know where were going wrong. Were two easy going, friendly guys but sadly making friendships have been really difficult for us. If anyone is in Canberra or is planning to visit Canberra we would be more than happy to meet up.

No it's not a Canberra thing. I think its an international thing. Lots of guys like the thrill of making first virtual contact, then either lose interest, forget or chicken out. I persevered with a WhatsApp group for those in Sydney and it has actually worked out. Obviously Covid has restricted things, but stick at it. And you are very welcome to join us in Sydney if you are up this way.

Many guys make a first contact, but then don't follow up for a number of reasons. One is making the first social contact after becoming TN friends. Some are very hesitant. Covid has added a further problem and dimension!
