The exact degree of hairless was doesn't matter for the question, although that's interesting as well. If you're hairless, how do you do it? I am wondering if you just use razors, or if you do something else.
Also, do you do this alone? I've always thought that it would be such a bonding experience to shave another man. Just some random questions for a newbie.

I shave every two weeks. I personally love being smooth in public area. It's less work but everyone is different. I use razors and shaving cream. I've started using an electric Remington razor which speeds up the process. I'd love for any male friend to shave me hopefully one day. It's a great bonding experience indeed.

Well My body hair is prone to ingrown hairs, and I am quite hairy. So, not hairless here. I do however admire men with smooth bodies. I like hair too, I guess I just appreciate all the different types of male bodies.
Random story: I did a dare at a party (mixed company) that I would not scream/cry if I had my whole back waxed. A girl their did it, I won! And my prize: ingrown hairs, but I outsmarted those females. This has nothing to do with male bonding, but hey I won!!! I had once before done waxing and found that my back wasn't painful at all.
I do like to trim though, it keeps down on the smell, I just like the look, and tend to find less random hairs around the house when I clean. It seems to be more European as in Germany most guys I saw at the fitness center at least shaved their sack, if not a light trim of the bush. There were a lot more men there who shaved their underarms too compared to the USA.
When I trim I use a standard hair clipper for most of it, the ones with the guards you put on for different lengths. I just use the smallest guard (3mm), Then for closer stuff I use this thing called the body groomer which is like an electric razor but it is not as close to the skin. It grows back quicker but no ingrown hairs. It also has an arm on it so I can do my back by myself quite easily.
I have never asked anyone to do it for me, but if another guy would want to do it - why not? Could be fun.
I got pretty lucky as far as body hair lol. I am naturally hairless on my legs and very little on my arms back and chest. My girl shaves my back for me and I shave my pubes like every 3 or 4 days. I only need to shave above my dick, I dont have any hair on my balls. I definitely prefer being smooth.
Hey everyone, thanks for the responses! I've dabbled in being hairless, and to be honest I like the feeling. I haven't kept up with it all the time, at first because of the time needed. Sometimes I don't have an extra half hour or hour to make sure it's all done.
With that said, I did spend almost 2 1/2 hours last night doing it all again. I asked about having another guy do it because my husband has me trim his back, and it's interesting how we have some great conversations while this is happening. Just thought that it would be neat to have a really good friend and bond of over male grooming. :)
Nice to hear about all the comments on this topic and would like to say that for hygiene reason I shave my cock, base of cock, balls and all areas from balls to ass. Find it easier to keep these areas clean with no hair is there, especially the ass hole area. I have just a little hair on my chest and it does not look very good so either shave or keep trimmed. Quite hairy below the waist and do not shave my legs, but no hair grows on my calf muscles which looks a bit strange. As a nudist, I believe you should make you body look as presentable as possible. Also, found if you do every two to three days, it is much easier to maintain then letting it go and having to trim then shave long body hair.
Personally I like the look of a nice happy trail(belly button to groin) with no hair on the stomach. Also, a hairless well built chest is very manly and shaved pubics is just for the feel and cleanliness. Hair on a mans back should always be shaved as well as his neck for the clean cut look. If you are going to show you body in public then one should maintain it. Also, the NO NO hair removal system you use at home help to reduce the amount of hair in areas you like to have clean shaven.
Well to start with, my body is mostly smooth, except for my head, under arms are very little, and yesI do shave my pubes which is very light with hair any way. I have shaved them for about 50 years now. I think it keeps down order and is also not as itchy and scratchy. I just shave with a disposable razor. I have let them grow back for the last several months just to see what it looks like. I do like to swap shaves, but the area I live in is very prudish, most everyone here is very prudish and want let you see anything, like a lot of the guys on here won't post naked pics, they go into the toilet stall to change or don't change at all, just smell. If you see me in the locker room you will see me naked unlessI am just walking in the door, or walking out. no, I don't mind looks or stares as I am probably looking at others, and yes I have just stood naked and shaved talking to others that like being naked like me. If you want the story on my shaving I would be glad to tell it if you like.
I'm gonna say I "manscape".My body is not that hairy. Mostly on my legs. But it's not enough and doesn't grow back fast enough to trim more than every couple of months.
It mostly depends on whether or not I'm going to a nudist event. Much like not shaving my facial hair on the weekends, if I'm not going to be in a situation where my body hair is visible then a manscaping routine is not necessary. I usually manscape more often, including shaving my ABC area, between August and December when I go to nudist events like the GNI gathering or Bone Island Bare It All weekend. Plus allowing the hair to grow back and having that freshly shaved sensation is awesome.
After reading these I just realized that I am sort of a hybrid. I am naturally pretty hairy but the hair on my head is brown and my body hair has been grey to white for years. I trim my chest because the hair is so wiry and thick that a tee shirt sticks out and looks goofy. A couple of times a year I will get my back and shoulders waxed. I will never bother with limb hair, too much effort. I trim my pubes, and just recently looked into getting a Brazilian wax "just to try it." Not sure I will follow through On that.

I use razors for my cock balls and ass area. Love being smooth down there and as someone mentioned earlier, it looks presentable lol. Not to mention the appearance of a shaved cock at least for me gives the viewer the enhanced version of my goods. I have shaved two friends before and they have shaved me and it was very erotic. Would like to do that again with someone.
