I get erections when i am really relaxed. I often get them as i am falling asleep at night. Not every erection is a sexual erection that means you want to have sex. I frequently get them when i have naked with my mates. They get them too. We neither obsess about them nor do we pretend they don't exist.

A few years ago, I was at a naked pool party. One guy was putting sunscreen on his partner's back, and started to get an erection. He was clearly embarrassed and started to blush. One of the onlookers joked, "Should we leave you two alone for a little bit?" and another just commented "Nice one!" The erection was acknowledged and some mild teasing happened, but I think it was better to acknowledge it than to pretend like it didn't happen. Erections happen, sometimes when we don't want them. Shouldn't be a big deal or cause for shame.
