Not that it's ever happened to me anyway, but I wouldn't be concerned for myself if it did happen, just how others may interpret it and it's at that point that I may change what I'm doing for a while. The tan line may be a concern afterwards.
Personally, if someone had a spontaneous arousal without physical stimulation I wouldn't care what they did short of putting it in others faces. A little self-stimulation should at least be discrete in general areas.

-- Intent isn't the problem. A man can sit there with the hardest boner and the vilest intent without there being any issue for concern. It's not until the man converts intent into action that concern is raised.
An intact penis has always been of interest to. I think they look wonderful when flaccid and the 4skin covering the glans. Love seeing the outline of the glans, but for me the best part is watching an intact penis get erect. Seeing the glans start to slide out of the 4skin looks so animalistic. I love it when the glans is still covered with generous 4skin on some men when erect and others, the glans is totally exposed with a 4skin collar behind the glans
