I seldom (never) wear anything inside. If it's really cold, I'll wear a t-shirt. If I go outside, I'll wear a shirt, sweater or jacket, but NEVER anything below the waist.

I really struggle with this. I limit my nudes time to evening when I settle down on couch under a heavy blanket and when sleeping. I also plan trips to warm climates to get nude time
