How do you define "naked" vs "nude"?

Do you see a difference between the two? Or, are the synonyms?
Is one intentional and the other accidental?
Is one sexual and the other non-sexual?

Nude is an adjective meaning naked or unclothed
To me, nude sounds more natural; whereas , I feel,
naked could be interrupted with a more provocative dirty sexy connotation.

I don't attach any difference to nude vs naked. I use them interchangeably and unless there is some psychological explanation, that I am not aware of, I will use either.
