Return to DiscussionsBeing i'm from San Francisco, CA. I know of 2 places that nude sunbathing is allowed.
1. Black Sand Beach in Marin County. It's along the coast.
2. Northernend of Baker Beach proper, but there is also another part under Golden Gate Bridge which is mostly gay guys.
Please feel free to tell us of places near you where being nude outdoors is permitted. I'm sure others would like to know about such places during their travels.
When I was younger, I went to Red, White, anb Blue with my dad and brother a lot. There are a few other beaches in the bay area also.
1) Gray Whale Cove (between Pacifica and Half Moon Bay on HWY 1)
2) San Gregorio (Northern end)
3) Panther (Near Santa Cruz)
Almost our entire coast is suitable for being nude outside. According to the law it can not be forbidden to be nude, just it has to be suitable. As long as you are away from the entrance of the beach it is okay. There are also official nude beaches along the cost, around 100 km together, so we are quite blessed. Besides that we have a lot of lakes with official nude beaches. And of course your own garden is always the closest nude beach. It is a right to be nude in your garden if it is not seen from public road. (BTW I speak about The Netherlands).
