I'm happy enough shaving my cock and balls. Only takes a few minutes to wet shave in the shower with a regular multi-blade razor. I tried doing my crack for awhile, but it's really difficult to do yourself, so I gave up.
Fortunately, my back is smooth, so nothing to do there.

I recently went to Sugar Shop in London. Had crack, sack and shaft done. Was a bit nervous, had never done this or waxing before. Started on all fours for crack, then turned over for the rest. As a hairdresser and qualified waxing therapist I've waxed many backs etc.... I am due to complete my intimate waxing course in London in 2-3 months! I've been getting my crack and sac waxed for a few years now, I also have my speedo line done and the patch above my penis done and I cant imagine shaving as it doesn't last as long. Been getting the sack and crack waxed for almost two years, along with the pubes and penis. I have a female esthetician and she's awesome. She just a little younger than I am and very comfortable and professional with what she does. I start out on my back, naked waist down, legs spread way apart with feet together, on a massage table. I assist her with stretching my belly upwards as she waxes my pubic area. She then does the rest by herself. She stretches my scrotum, penis and butt cheeks to get to the hair and areas she's waxing.
After the front is done, I get on all fours and she waxes my butt crack and removes the hair from my anus and the surrounding area and feathers the removal of hair in this area to there's a blending of smooth to hairy on my butt. The whole time I'm on all fours with my butt up in the air, she's talking away or we're laughing at stories we are telling each other and then she'll say, "give me a hand and spread your cheeks." I do so and it makes it easier for her to get to those areas in the anal area and the entire butt crack.
Afterwards, she applies oil to all the areas where she's waxed hair off. She uses a soft cloth to apply the oil. When she removes the hair, it stings a little but that sting isn't as bad as some make it out to be. If I go too long between sessions, the hair is longer and it stings a little more but after she applies the oil and I get out to my truck and take off my shorts and drive home naked, there's not pain at all. The next day, I apply Cortizone ointment and the redness is gone in a couple of hours and still no sting other than the initial sting from the removal of the hair.
I will get my back done next session.
