Sack & Crack - The Follow Up
Return to DiscussionsHey guysBeen a very busy boy so apologies for not being around much. Hope you're all keeping your Manscaping up to date.Just thought id let you know how things are in my pants since the crack and sack a few weeks back.
Contrary to what I'd been told, I have experienced some itching and discomfort as the hair has started growing back. Especially around my hoop. When you are wearing underwear and suit trousers 5 days a week, you really notice it causing some grief. I have found it particularly annoying when driving as my journeys each day add up to 2.5 hours in total.
Similarly, even though I am a pro at exfoliating and tending to my scape I have had an ingrowing hair which needed addressing. Frustrating for someone who doesn't normally get them.
Taking all of this into account though, I have to say that I have really liked the smooth crack and am now considering getting that bit re done. Maybe even make it a regular part of my grooming. As for the sack, didn't see a huge benefit as I was shaving it anyway. Ok, it has to be done more regularly but as I manscape in the shower, it's no big concern. Think I'll just have the crack was going forward.Hope this helps for those of you considering either treatment. Feel free to post questions or message me for more details though as always.Steve
Maybe try some baby lotion a few times a day and apply generously... has helped me a lot with itching and ingrowns.. hope it helps..
Good tip. I've not ever really used baby lotion (since being a baby lol). I usually use the oil spray. Will grab some and get applying when I do my manscaping in a bit.
Do you wax your sack and crack?
Yw! Never have but thought about it.. too much pain I would think.. if I did go through with it I would definitely need assistance
I'm not going to lie, it absolutely killed when I had mine done. I'm assured it isn;t so bad the second time but that's if you can handle trying again.I wouldn't have been able to wax my own crack that is for certain. Assistance is a must.
What does your grooming routine look like?
hahaha ... this is funny! I fully understand your hesitation, guys ... on the other side of the coin; I'm anxiously awaiting my esthetician's return from vacation so I can make an appointment for my next treatment. I actually look forward to our visits and the treatments. I had to shave in the interim and I now know why ... I went to waxing. Take care and stay groomed! :D
