Onsen Ma the other Japanese Bathhouse

I'm just wondering if anyone here goes to Onsen Ma, Melbourne's other Japanese Bathhouse in the city?
I'm a big fan of the original one in Collingwood but don't really hear much about guys going to this new-ish one. Does anyone know the best times to go, is it worth going, is it better or as good as the original one, etc.

I went a few years ago with my partner and we had a private bath there. I guess it's personal preference as to which is better. For the most part Onsen Ma seems to be booked for private bathing, and personally I enjoy the communal and sometime social atmosphere at Collingwood.
