I talked to a guy at Jap Bathhouse 2 days ago, he said that Onsen Ma wasn't as good as Jap Bathhouse (Collingwood). Though Onsen Ma looks newer. That said, he didn't use the bath facility but yoga. Some other guy said it was quiet. So perhaps you could give it a try. May be suitable for guys who work in the city.
