I seem to have the same problem. I think part of is I've got a big belly and that leads to pubic area fat. That seems to make it smaller as well. My wife says it's fine but it's not fine by me.

I haven't really thought about my penis shrinking as I age. After reading this thread, I now have 'penis anxiety'. I am constantly reaching down and tugging my my penis to urge it to grow.
Its silly, I know.

Maybe a little smaller. I don't know. At my age, I have plenty of other body parts to worry about, so I save my worrying for those.

i have always been small in the penis department, i try not to worry about it, not much i can do about it and at least it still works lol

Yes weight gain tends to make it smaller 1per 10 lbs damn it I want to lose 80lbs!!!

I can relate to this, back when younger I got hard in seconds and a good 6 inches. Now I have to work at it and only measure in at 5.5 inches and stand straight out instead of straight up almost touching my stomach. Missing those days of youth and being horny all the time.

LOL I've noticed I get smaller as I gain weight... From stories I've seen, the only thing that doesn't change as you get older is your penis, supposedly even in looks, it doesn't age like the rest of you... In other words if you see a pic of a penis except very young ones, you can't even begin to guess an age of the person

I think it's correct that penises don't change size, though the surrounding fat tissue can make them look smaller and erections may be less pronounced. One common issue is anterior pelvic tilt, basically a Donald Duck posture with the lower back curved in and the butt out. This also makes the penis look more tucked in and smaller. I've read up on it and learned it's caused by sitting and limited core strength - another thing to work on.

I'm really small when relaxed and soft but it grows when hard to maybe 5 or so inches. Always embarrassed at nude situation at first. But I want to be naked in public so it's just something to deal with I guess
