I'm really small when relaxed and soft but it grows when hard to maybe 5 or so inches. Always embarrassed at nude situation at first. But I want to be naked in public so it's just something to deal with I guess

I feel the same exact way! I know it shouldnt matter and most true nudists dont care but it still is a very strong factor in the forefront of my mind when in nude social situations. Good for you for not letting it hold you back!

In February I had a medical condition with my heart .now I am on a few meds and 2 are for blood pressure since taking them i notice I am getting smaller and I can't get excited ,getting older isn't fun sometimes lol

sadly smaller as older is apparently fact of life. I tried staying pumped up a bit on ginseng but only temporary. I love to wear shorts which reveal a little (risky since called out at HEB once for letting my genitals show) but kind of a let it all hang out kinda guy. Not sticking out as far definitely causes a problem. Oh well - welcome to being old. At least it still works. The saying is the older the bull the stiffer the horn. Guess its true. Once up girth improved for sure.

I have noticed it as well, especially with my soft size. But is this due to when younger always on a semi .
or just been older now more relaxed

Its been happening to me as well, unfortunately. My doc suggested I use a pump regularly to help prevent shrinkage.
