RE:Small sacki think being nude as much as possible or going commando helps them hang, binding-restricting them in underwear or tight clothes probably doesn't help. i wonder how many who say they have tight balls keep them restricted in tight clothes - underwear majority of day and for those who balls hang are you nude most of time or at least go commando.

RE:Small sackI agree, going commando does allow things to stretch out more. Mine does not shrink much but does not grow much either. So people often think it is going to be oversized and it is not.
