Normally, mine is about 2 inches. But I think when you lie down or fall asleep, it will become different, obviously smaller. This is the best state for the body when it is most relaxed. So I took a picture and shared it with you guys. What about yours? (In order to prevent malicious transmission, I made a mosaic on my face)

oh yes...feel even smaller laying down. almost as bad as swimming in a cold pool. just a little nub.

it is always ever changing. always at is smallest when around others. but when i am relaxed asleep, it looks better then when i am awake.. just the opposite of yourself. I will have to get a pic taken when i am asleep.

mine tends to be smallest when walking around, which is great for the beach and locker rooms. a bit larger when waking up, especially with morning wood. a full four inches!!

Its small whenever I go swimming or it gets a little cold outside. Actually it gets really small when its really cold outside so I have to pull back the foreskin to use the toilet. LOL. Its about normal when its happy. After all these years don't care about the size - I am just happy it still works! LOL.

I'm like Runningnude, LOL I'm amazed on how it is always changing. it always looks smaller when I'm walking around and when around others. I noticed when i am relaxed and just laying around on the couch, lounge chair or asleep and when I get up to go to the bathroom and pass my full length mirror, it looks great with a very nice hang. I'm always like damn I wish it always laid like that. After I go to the bathroom and pass the mirror again it's already back to it's normal look. Pretty much the opposite of what most of you are describing. I even looked it up on google and read that when you are relaxed it will relax as well... I gotta say when I was younger I used to glance down at it when I was watching TV and it just amazes me how it's will puff up a little go back down and move on it's own..

Mine depends on my body temperature and state of mind! When sleeping it goes from small- don't bother to full on erection - please bother me! Cold it gets very small. I have to look for it some days!
