Return to DiscussionsI didn't have any extra in length or width anyway, but when I had a prostatectomy last year, i lost 2 inches that i could not afford to lose. Don't get me wrong, I am happy to be healthy, but I really miss what I had. I used to love hanging out naked despite my averageness. I've not been naked in public since.
I've had my prostate remove too. I was prescribed a pump by my consultant she said it would help rehabilitate my penis and prevent shrinkage. My cock is not too bad and often gets a bit longer when I play with it. There's no need to hide from other nudists, we can't all be built like a horse.
I know exactly where you're coming from. I needed surgery down there for a different reason than you but discovered shortly after the surgery I was about 1-1/2 inches shorter. Was a complete surprise- doc did not warn me this would happen. At first it was difficult accepting the situation but am now ok with it even though I would like to return to my original length. Funny thing is I have had absolutely no complaints.
