A flaccid penis might be just a knob but when erected is big enough to be average or bigger. Here an example from wikimedia
I've seen some pix of you who say are smaller than average and I it doesn't look that small for me, and I'm certainly not used to big ones.
hard to say whats average when flaccid but i think when penis is hard/erect it's somewhere around 6 inches, when i wake up many morning i can be between 1/2 to 3/4 flaccid but erect about 5 inches. i think alot has to do with age and how fit or unfit you are, if i lost some weight i may see some growth.
I know my main problem is my weight. Hell, mine is just a button when I am standing due to the extra weight. However, when I am laying down and hard I am 6 inches or a little more, which is about average. If I would lose the weight I would not only get a bigger flaccid cock but would have more stamina when using it.
