How come you only ever offer naturist accommodation for 1 week a year and then disappear until June 2016? Surely either someone offers naturist accommodation or you dont...having a so called hotel or villa on offer for 1 week only every 52 weeks seems very dodgy to me...especially when you seem to be offering full board with drinks for what works out at 30 euros a day..sorry doesnt ring true
First we are an association gay nudist based in Spain
We have small local events and 3 big events a year
In Madrid Alicante and Almeria in Spain
if it's not dodgy or not, but because such association as we can only rent once a year the hotel to celebrate this event. at the summer.

I wish I we had really enough money to have a hotel all year

So you are not actually offering accommodation..you are subletting the accommodation that you rent?
I think this should be made very clear to people, as its the same as me renting an apartment in Cap D'Adge for a week and then subletting the spare rooms to other guys and calling myself Cap Dage Holidays.
When i looked at your profile i see that you do the same at Vera Playa in July. So can i ask what happens if anyone has an accident during these weeks, as legally you are renting a villa and then the other people wont have a contract with the villa owners.
Personally i think i would rather support businesses like Adams Eden, Loscurriches etc where the guys pay rates and all year round expenses to support gay naturists, rather than some group that rents an villa for 1 week, fills it full of punters and then disappears until the next time.
I repeat as ASSOCIATION rented all rooms in the hotel. for the annual celebration of the event, as do most companies, associations etc.
This does not mean it is illegal, since each participant is registered in association reception and as such deserve respect and we do this at the request of attendees
I very much want to support any other option but at least respect our work is simply to make gay nudist events, either in hotels beaches etc.
I can see your side, and that you dont think you are doing anything wrong...but you dont seem to support any gay businesses with this Bears Week..i thought that the idea is for you to support gay businesses..but you are actually not telling the whole story and stopping gay businesses in Alicante trading.
I know this for a fact because i stayed in Alicante and the business told me that Bears staying with you had tried to book 1 nights accommodation and they didnt get the booking because you set your rates so low it made them look expensive.
They were not expensive, for a bed and breakfast they were good value, but because you dont have any businesses expenses and are just filling a villa like sardines, the type of person who books looks at their overnight charge and thinks its expensive compared to the rates your week works out at.
Its like me filling a Cap Dage aparetment with 30 men charging them, 10 euros a night, and all of the gay businesses in the area not getting any bookings..it might not be illegal..but i am sure most fair minded people reading this will agree if this happened all of the time, there would soon be nowhere for gay people to go as all of the gay B&B s would close...so for short term gain i would say that you do gay owners no favours.
I notice that NOT ONCE have u suggested that you let a gay business in Alicante or Vera Playa host your events.
I would be interested to hear from any of the gay owners comments on this if they read this thread. Im sure they agree.
1. You are listed as straight so why do you care?
2. In Vera Playa most of the night time events ARE held in gay venues so you are wrong.
3. In Vera Playa the accommodation is booked with Vera Natura and you register at reception and receive exactly the same apartments with the same terms and conditions as any other week.

Can i suggest to all TN members who book with this Bears Group spend 2 minutes Googling naturist accomodation in Alicante and in 2016 spend a few more Euros and actually support local gay hotels in the Alicante area.

I have got no clue want you are ranting about but you know what? I wish as a single guy I could find lots more of these cheap holiday venues. It is pissing me off big time that I need to pay extra for single occupancy on any holiday.

If you werent so tight mate i think you would see that unlike textile hotels most naturist places i have seen on Truenudists charge a fair rate and dont penalize singles...or perhaps if you bothered to look at some of these places youd see that they charge quite low tariffs
