Return to DiscussionsI am surprised how many TrueNudists post pictures of them self in a thong or T shirt. While a thong may be sexy it does not seem to be what a true nudist would post. I if want to be nude, I want to be totally nude. Other thoughts?

I wear one when I visit a beach cafe on an otherwise naked cycle ride.
With all the chatter about thongs in the photos, why are there so many photos with any sort of clothing on? If we are all nudists here, why are there photos with anyone wearing clothes of any sort?Truth is, not everyone on this site wants their naked body exposed for personal reasons. Isn't it up to the individual as to what it is they want others to see? Saying the person that posts a photo of themselves wearing a thong is not a nudist is presumptuous on anyones part.
I did not mean to imply that if a person wears a thong, he is not a nudist. What I am saying is that many of the guys who have posted photos wearing a thong also have photos of their naked body, so not wanting people to see is not often the case. So what is the point? I also do not have a problem if a nudist wears a thong where is is not appropriate to be nude.
Well, like most everyone here, nude is better! But, when you can't go fully nude then I don't see a problem with wearing a thong or something that will keep you "legal". I have some, and have worn them tanning outside when I could not be nude, so they do have a purpose, at times.
At the beach, I am nude if possible. Otherwise, I wear a more conventional swimsuit. Occasionally, I used to wear thong underwear when I went out. Now I wear more comfortable, yet sexy underwear. The only time I wear thong underwear is for hubby and nudism is not on our minds!
