A one-day moritorium on the Victorianpractice of arresting nudes for celebrating their particular choice of freedoms! I'm planning on continuing to observethis day every day that remains of my life...hopefully as an example to others that it isn't obscene or wrong, just asnatural as breathing when the weather allows!
International Nude Day is celebrated on July 4th .
International Nude Day was originated from New Zealand not long ago, within the term of Prime Minister Helen Elizabeth Clark from 1999 to 2008. The founder of International Nude Day was Marc Ellis who was famous for his role as a rugby players as well as a TV program host. He challenged all other New Zealand people to go naked in front of Helen Clark. Many people were inspired to follow his call for action, especially students in Dunedin University in the South of New Zealand. Afterwards, this day has been spread to other Western countries.
