RE:How many of you guys like to do naked yoga.Can you do yoga dressed? Seriously I am doing nude yoga since 1989. Recognized quickly that it is more fun and it is better to control your body.

RE:How many of you guys like to do naked yoga.Start at home doing you practice without clothes using online videos even if the instructor clothed its about you getting connected to your body not what anyone else is wearing or doing.
Always wanted try it but nowhere in my area to go and learn.

Check out Tara Stiles and Strala Yoga. Not nude yoga, but a great yoga trainer. She started with youtube videos. Now she does a lot.

RE:How many of you guys like to do naked yoga.I've done it alone a few times but would live to be in a group naked yoga session. It's so much better to move with out clothing. When I used to do hot yoga, most of the group are barely watering anything, only one step away, sweat soaked pants felt so wrong

Seems more practical that sticking sweaty clothes.
